Overview

YB □ series prefabricated substation is one complete set of power distribution equipment which integrates medium-voltage switchgear equipment, transformer and low-voltage power distribution equipment according to a certain connection scheme. This series of prefabricated substation is applied to 10kV and 20kV 3-phases AC systems with rated frequency of 50Hz, living quarters, mansions, hotels, large-scale construction sites, high-rise buildings, industrial and mining enterprises and temporary construction places with the capacity configured as 2,500kVA and below. It not only is applicable to looped network power supply but also is applicable to radial-type terminal power supply.

Environmental conditions
- The temperature of surrounding air is not above +40℃ ; the minimum temperature of surrounding air is -25℃ ;
- The altitude is not above 1000m; once specially ordered transformer and low-voltage components are adopted, the altitude can reach 3800m;
- Area with a vertical inclination of not above 5° and without violent vibration or impact ;
- The outdoor air speed is not above 35m/s.
- Air humidity is not above 90% (+25℃ ) ;
- Gas area without conductive dust, explosion danger, corrosive metal or electrical components ;
- The outdoor air speed is not above 35m/s.
Design features
- reference to foreign advanced technologies and according to the actual conditions. It is featured as firmness, heat insulation, good ventilation, excellent performance, prevent against dust, small animal and humidity, beautiful appearance and convenient maintenance. There are numerous choices for crust materials.
- Generally, load switch is adopted at the high voltage side; vacuum breaker can also be adopted; it enjoys complete error operation prevention functions. XGN20-12L sulfur hexafluoride ring main unit and HXGN15A, HXGN17 ring net switches and equipment are collocated. Oil— immersed transformer is adopted; totally sealed transformer or dry transformer can also be adopted.
- The substation is featured as perfect protection performance, convenient operation and selective high/low-voltage metering property. The automatic reactive compensation unit is collocated according to the user’s requirements.
- The top cover of box is in double-layer structure; the interlayer is filled with foam plastic featuring excellent heat insulation role. Independent partition board is designed in the high and low voltage rooms; the condensation-proof and automatic temperature control, monitoring, heating and cooling units are collocated in the transformer room.
- The natural ventilation is adopted in the box; forceful ventilation equipment can also be installed. The dust-proof unit is installed at the external side of door board and side board and corresponding to the shutter window.
